Rihanna Announces New Career-Spanning Book
On Monday, Rihanna revealed a new book, merely entitled Rihanna. It’s a 504-page “visual autobiography,” released by prestigious art publisher Phaeton and including over 1,000 photos of the star. “I am so excited to share this collection of unbelievable images,” Rihanna stated in a declaration. “I’m extremely grateful to the talented photographers and artists who contributed. We’ve been working on the book for over 5 years and I’m actually delighted to be able to lastly share it with everybody.”
According to a news release from Phaidon, the book will be rather extensive. “From her youth in Barbados to her worldwide trips, from quintessential style minutes to private time with loved ones, the book showcases intimate photos of her life as an artist, performer, designer, and business owner,” checks out a news release.
Riri revealed the news on Instagram, where she shared a clip of the book trailer. “Over 5 years in the making,” she wrote. “Delighted to lastly share this collection of incredible memories. Thank you to all of the photographers and artists that contributed and to @phaidonsnaps for working with me to release my very first art piece in a new industry!
